How can they say I've been a valued member for than 10 years and then practically in the same breath say they'll expunge me without a trace in just over a month ? Stupid. Stay active with Aeroplan to avoid account milage expiration. If there is no activity in your account by April 28, 2009, your account will be closed and your miles will expire.
At least you got notice, they just closed mine without warning! :-(
Next problem: they sent what I had ordered via Puralator while I was on vacation. Since I wasn't here to sign for it it was sent back to Aeroplan. Not sure what's going to happen now. :P
That totally sucks! Did they not have your correct email address or something? Did you have a lot of unused points?
