I'm still missing my glasses. Somehow during one of the two moves last year they got misplaced (no doubt by being put in a Safe Place). I had a pair for distances and a pair for reading. It's taken me six months to notice they're missing which shows how badly I need them but they would be handy to have now and then. Somewhere they're waiting for me to find them...
The eclipse through the trees in the neighbors yard lit by both our backyard lights. It looked very cool live.
My pool team finished in second place overall. This is even more incredible when you realize that we went into the playoffs in seventh place. Holding to our philosophy of only being in it for the beer served us well!
This is the Diana camera. They were sold under a variety brand names that's why this one says Futorama or something. This is the first camera I owned -- I don't remember exactly which brand name though -- which I got by sending away cereal box tops or something when I was in grade 2. I took quite a few pictures with it until it was left on the back deck of the car one summer and it melted. Now that it's all cool to use them again I wish I had it back.
I'll miss Castro. Us bearded guys have to be there for each other.
