You MUST know of the wonders of the GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL!?

Posted by: John at February 9, 2006 12:52 PM

john, i have a coffee grinder in my place.

Posted by: Elise at February 9, 2006 12:59 PM

That's your *only* appliance? I can't see cooking a steak in a coffee grinder.

Posted by: John at February 9, 2006 01:03 PM

oh, don't worry, there's a toaster, too.

Posted by: Elise at February 9, 2006 01:05 PM

I have a cappacino (sp?) machine. It makes a gorgeous steak.

toast and steak and fresh cappuccino ... sounds like we got a meal!

Posted by: John at February 9, 2006 01:08 PM

i know i used the grinder yesterday. and i believe the toaster was last spotted in the space under the kitchen sink.

Hiding behind the cat?

Posted by: John at February 9, 2006 02:18 PM

she don't really hang out in there. she prefers to follow me around absolutely everywhere i go and wait for me to pick her up. codependent, you know.

Posted by: Elise at February 9, 2006 02:25 PM

Sounds like how my uncle's dog behaves whenever I dog-sit. The problem is the dog is about the same size as me so the picking-up part of the story is a bit of a problem...

Kerry has flickr!

oh, what a lovely beast he is!

I believe dog-sitting is the ultimum way to experience the company of a dog. You don't have to commit to walking it 12 times a day 365 days a year and spend your evenings in for the rest of your life. It's kinda like being a grandparent (according to my mother - all the fun, none of the actual responsibility). Plus the dog instantly adores you! That's the true meaning of "free love" as far as I'm concerned.

Codependent ... does that mean she picks you up sometimes too after you follow her around?

Posted by: John at February 9, 2006 03:27 PM

it means she's dependent on "co" which is me.

Posted by: Elise at February 9, 2006 03:49 PM

It is indeed true. part-time dog ownership is the bomb! :) He's a great dog.

I do indeed have flickr. :)

...my uncle has a cat too - she's very sweet... unless she's trying to get out of the house.

this cupboarded cat has such a symetrical arlequin thing going on in her face.

Posted by: Elise at February 9, 2006 04:01 PM

No doubt representative of a perfect balance between good and evil.

...for your sake John, I hope more good then evil. ;)

Posted by: kerry at February 9, 2006 04:11 PM

Hey, we're talking cat here: they're ALL evil.
