Yikes. I think I'll just wait and see what happens next year and not bother George.
By they way, there were so many people at pool last night who were talking about this holiday. It may yet catch on. ;) The wife of our co-captain brought him a steak at the bar ...
(Oh, and I won all three games I played. That's not going to happen again for a long time, heh.)

yes, i'm not especially surprised that guys would be in favour of this new holiday. i can see it, yes yes.
i guess you'all will have to wait and see just how popular this novel idea becomes, i suppose. it may be difficult to "celebrate" without at least some attendees from our team.

yeah well I've heard of this 'holiday' before - I was at the Charlotte Room where I heard of this the first time actually. I think you should be careful about the information you get from those people. haha buncha pre-verts.

...and STEAK? i mean, what in the bloody hell? the whole concept sounds so... american, as in big, mid-west jocks.
at least is this involved, i don't know, ethereal looking greens, or beautiful, lush exotic fruits. maybe you'd have a chance to get a positive response. and that's quite a big maybe, still.

John, your original remark about "missing all the good holidays" reminds me of the time I went to see The Bridges of Madison County at the cinema.
The whole room was very quiet. Then, as we're watching the hottest love sceneof the movie, this girl sitting a few rows away says, "It's up to you!" dryly to the guy she was with.
